Knee Pain Pins That Help

Got knee pain?

I used to too. Crippling knee pain. Like to walk 5 steps was agony.

And I was an active, athletic guy until the injury.

But happily, luckily, I’m over that now. And all about sharing how I got my knees pain free – even after the doctors, drugs, surgery, physical therapy, needles, braces, and stinky creams failed to help.

Which brings me to Pins. Pinterest Pins. Pins for your knees.

Recently, I started sharing tips and tricks that could help your knees feel better on Pinterest.

Quick. Short. To the point (there ain’t much room on those pins) things that have helped me get free from knee pain.

Things anyone can do.

But the key is to do them repeatedly. Religiously. If it’s working, even a little, or at least not hurting, or causing more pain, keep doing them.

Most folks fail because they give up too soon.

Diets take too long. The gym won’t put muscles on or take fat off in one go.

Money won’t blossom into a fortune overnight.

Genius Albert Einstein once said that, “Compound interest is the Eighth wonder of the world”.

Have faith. Do the thing. Be patient.

What helped my knees feel good again?

It’s on the Pins at Pinterest. Follow me and see!
