LONGER LIFE RESOURCE

My dad was 83 when he died. I wished he’d known this.

We might have enjoyed a few more years together.

I hope one day my kids will be glad I learned about this.

And shared it with you here today.

LIFE EXPECTANCY IN THE USA IS RISING

We don’t need charts or graphs to tell us that folks today are living longer now than at any prior time in history. But here’s one, just in case you like pretty pictures as much as I do!

Cleaner, safer, home and work environments. More knowledge about how these bodies work. Technology and medicinal advances. Access to preventive and emergency services all contribute to our greater longevity.

Most of us do the best we can with what we’ve got.

Imagine if you could be on the forefront of science and technology!

What if you could know what the leaders are doing today to stay healthier longer?

What if you had access to the same information Billionaires are using to stay healthier longer?

Well, you can!

Billionaire Peter Diamandis has made it his mission in life to explore the extension of healthy human life.

To put a sizeable bump up in the longevity chart.

He documents his progress, for all to see on his website: https://www.diamandis.com/blog

You can also learn a ton from his book, “Life Force”, co-authored with guru Tony Robbins:

Life Force:How New Breakthroughs in Precision Medicine Can Transform the Quality of Your Life & Those You Love

This was an eye-opening read for me. I think you’ll enjoy, learn from, and be inspired from it too.

One of the greatest things about living now, and maybe THE one thing which might provide the greatest bump up in longevity ever seen, is our easy access to information.

Ha! Then, if we could only find a way to get these silly humans to actually USE the information we suck up like a sponge every day!

That’s way above my pay grade or ability though. So I’ll just stick to passing along in this blog, the cool stuff I learn along the way.

Hoping you’ll find a helpful way to put it to use. To make your life healthier, wealthier, longer and more FUN!

P.S. Let’s be like the great comedian, George Burns and plan a big gala for when we’re 100!
