Do your knees hurt?

Are they weak?

Do you have trouble going up or down stairs? Maybe even a fear of?

Trouble picking things up from the floor. Or getting down onto and then back up from the floor?

If so, you may have weak knees. Which may not be your knees fault at all.

In your legs there are numerous muscles, up, down, and criss-crossing your legs. These muscles are supposed to work in harmony to support and align your knees.

When they don’t, you can have problems. Knee problems. Knee pain.

And that can keep you from doing all kinds of things you enjoy. Golf, tennis, jogging, walking, basketball, baseball, softball, hiking. Most all sports that keep you fit.

When your knees are troublesome, you can’t go places you want to go. Like traveling. Cruising. Even going to the store becomes a pain!

So what’s a person to do?

Typical treatments are:

  1. Go see your primary physician
  2. They’ll probably send you to an orthopedic specialist.
  3. The specialist might send you to a surgeon.
  4. Any one could send you to physical therapy
  5. You could get cortisone injections
  6. They could suck excess fluid with a needle
  7. They could give you anti-inflammatory drugs
  8. They could give you pain pills
  9. There’s rest. Crutches. Braces. Ice. Heat.
  10. Massage.
  11. At the extreme, there’s the $50,000 knee replacement followed by weeks and weeks of rehab.

Worst part is…you could still be in pain after all of that!

When I had crippling knee pain from my random knee injury, I tried every avenue above, except for the surgical replacement. Thank God!

Because just as I was about to give up, I found a series of exercises like the one above. Still-Force exercises that strengthened my leg without stressing my knee.

Now, whenever anyone complains of knee pain, I tell them to try these first.

This forgotten exercise “technology” has been around for 100’s of years. Pro-athletes, martial artists, and even Olympic trainers know how beneficial it can be. Because it strengthens without putting jarring force into your joints.

It’s easier to experience than to tell about. They’re simple. Require no special equipment. No large time commitments. (One typical rep takes less than 20 seconds!) You can do them right at home. Even when traveling!

Still-Force exercises got my knees feeling pain-free when all the usual Western medicine methods failed.

I recommend you give them a try if your knees are in pain.
